Will hold 2 packs (gov't) cigs if a hammer is used. So... get grandma's scissors, cut out the loops and your pouch will hold 3 full strippers (.556) and a spoon.

Pouch looks unissued, it has attachments for ALICE gear. It has room for two packs of cigarettes and has loops for rifle bullets inside with a Velcro closer.
